Even the most healthy relationships need a little attention now and again. After all, life is never as simple as ‘happily ever after’. There will always be pressures and stress points such as parenting, work or money issues, communication problems, and so forth.
The goal of couples counselling is to maintain that healthy relationship in spite of what life throws your way. To do this effectively, we need to work with you to discover how your unique relationship dynamic works, and get to the root of what is causing a rift in your relationship.
